Strength training is something everyone should be including into their weekly routine, and in today's workout Jessica will take you through a full body workout at home using dumbbells! The first portion of the workout will include standing moves to work your arms, legs and core using weights. The second portion of the workout will move to the mat with additional dumbbell moves, finishing with some Pilates work.

You will need one set of dumbbells for this workout. It is appropriate for all levels as modifications will be given.

This includes a 45 minute workout and movement session, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A and chatting through any questions that came up through the workout.

A recording will be provided if you can't make it live.
