I was diagnosed with endometriosis and fibroids in 2005, and a "frozen pelvis" in 2016 due to my endometriosis. I've also been a licensed physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor since 2000. For the past 12 years, I've used specific Pilates exercises to help me manage my endometriosis symptoms and stay healthy.
I created this 45 minute workout for other people suffering from pain and tightness due to endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS or PMS symptoms.
This routine is specifically designed to help address the unique needs of these women, including spine and pelvic movement, increased blood flow to the abdominal organs, detoxing, breathing, core and hip strengthening and flexibility. All exercises can be done on a mat on the floor and can be used on their own or in addition to your regular workout program.
