Four Week Beginner Workout Program
Previously known as the Pilates Jumpstart Program.
Whether you are new to Pilates and fitness, getting back into it after an injury or simply want a refresher, this four week program is for you! It takes you through four weeks of workouts that will help build your endurance, strength and body awareness in a safe and intentional way.
When you purchase the Four Week Beginner Workout Program, you will receive:
- 4 Week Workout Calendar, including home workout videos, instructionals, healthy living tips and injury modifications.
- Workouts you can do anywhere, anytime (you can follow along at your own pace and start at a time that is convenient to you!).
- In addition to Pilates workouts, you'll receive beginner workouts with dumbbells as well as beginner stretching workouts to help you get started on a well rounded fitness program.
This four week program was put together for anyone who wants to learn the specifics and proper form associated with Pilates and general fitness exercises! Not only that, but you will be guided in a way that will empower and encourage you as you move through the workouts.
This program includes the perfect combination of cardiovascular activity, resistance training, stretching and toning to help give you a healthy and strong body. Each workout is no more than 30 minutes and can be done at home with minimal or no equipment, guaranteeing you can squeeze it in, even on the busiest of days!
You will find out how to do certain moves, such as crunches, without pain and with the most effective form. You will gain confidence, energy and strength as you follow the expertly guided videos and start to create healthy habits.
You will have access to this program longer than four weeks so you can go at your own pace.
