This Prolapse Workout Guide takes you through four weeks of safe exercise for anyone suffering from a prolapse.
You will receive our 4 Week Prolapse Workout Calendar. The workout calendar includes workout videos and instructions to help you start moving safely after a prolapse diagnosis. You will build strength and tone while protecting your pelvic floor.
Each workout is under 30 minutes so you can get them done within your busy schedule.
All workouts were developed by Jessica Valant, MSPT, NCP, a licensed physical therapist, Pilates teacher and mama of two. Jessica also suffered from a cystocele, rectocele and uterine prolapse for seven years before having them surgically repaired. Jessica personally understands what it's like to move and life with a prolapse. She also knows there is hope and an active lifestyle available to those with prolapse.
