60 Minute Virtual Physical Therapy and/or Pilates Session

This one hour individual online training session can be used to help you reach your health goals, learn more about an injury and create an individual plan just for you! Take advantage of this unique opportunity to talk to Jessica one on one and get a workout program just for you - all in the comfort of your own home.

All appointments are done through Zoom video calls. You will get a recording of the call as a part of your appointment payment.

When you purchase, a health questionnaire and liability form will be included in the email receipt you receive. Please fill this out and return to info@jessicavalantpilates.com. You will either chose the form for your first visit OR the follow up visit form, depending on whether you have seen Jessica before.

When payment goes through and we have received your paperwork, you will be contacted by Jessica's team to schedule your appointment. We typically have appointment openings within 2-3 weeks of receiving your paperwork.

No refunds or returns. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment this payment will apply to that lost appointment and you will need to purchase another appointment to reschedule. Purchases expire a year after purchase. Thank you for your understanding!
