You will receive our 4 Week PostPartum Workout Calendar. The workout calendar includes workout videos and instructions to help you start moving safely after having a baby. You will build strength and tone while protecting your abdominal muscles and pelvic floor!
Each workout is under 30 minutes so you can get them done during baby nap time and within your busy schedule.
All workouts were developed by Jessica Valant, MSPT, NCP, a licensed physical therapist, Pilates teacher and mama of two.
